THE ONE GROUP is seeking a friendly Busser at STK Downtown Chelsea in New York, NY. You will support servers, maintain a clean dining area, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. This tipped position offers opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, high-energy brand.

Role requires physical stamina, ability to stand for extended periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic English is required for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs and carry trays.
• Basic English proficiency for guest communication.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area including floors, chairs, and booths.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages during peak times.
• Monitor restroom areas, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed.
• Communicate with hosts and servers for efficient seating and turnover.
• Respond to guest requests and relay special needs to servers.
• Handle tableware and dishware, transporting items to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment.
