STK Downtown Chelsea, a premier vibe dining venue in New York, seeks an experienced Server to deliver exceptional service in a high-energy, upscale setting. You will anticipate guest needs, recommend menu items and pairings, and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale dining is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of menu, specials, and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and input them into POS.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team members to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests.
