Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in high-volume, full-service dining.
• Proven track record of driving sales and managing budgets.
• Strong business acumen and financial skills.
• Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and high-energy environments.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems ( MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable ).

Responsibilities

• Operations leadership: lead and inspire managers and hourly staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Team development & staffing: recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and mentor top talent.
• Financial & business performance: monitor sales, labor, and costs; drive profitability and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and health regulations.
