Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a staff dining room associate to assist in implementing procedures for the Employee Dining Room and to guide staff as needed. The role ensures a positive dining experience for team members and supports cost-conscious operations.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of restaurant, cafeteria or culinary experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant, cafeteria and/or culinary experience.
• Ensures a positive dining experience for team members.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies.
• assists in implementing procedures for Employee Dining Room and provides guidance to staff.
• Ensures quality and timely delivery of services in Dining Room.
• Maintains clean and safe dining area and equipment.
• Oversees stocking of supplies and food items at stations.
• Trains new team members and supports cost control measures.
• Promotes positive guest and team member relations at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
