Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking staff for the Employee Dining Room to support the dining operation and ensure a positive dining experience for team members. The role involves assisting in managing food handling, sanitation and service quality while working under the direction of the Staff Meals Department Manager.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of restaurant, cafeteria, or culinary experience.

Competenze

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Mansioni

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida policies.
• Assist Manager to ensure compliance with Employee Dining Room procedures including food handling, presentation and sanitation.
• Provide direction to staff and ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the room and equipment.
• Ensure supplies and food items are stocked at stations; order as needed in the manager's absence.
• Assist with training of new team members.
• Assist in delivering the best service to all team members.
• Support cost control measures and offer suggestions for cost containment and profitability.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors aligned with the Company's Mission and Values.
• Promptly report any illegal acts or ethics violations to management or Ethics Hotline.
• Promote positive guest and team member relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
