Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead high-volume dining venues within the casino resort. You will partner with the Chef, manage staff, and implement cost controls while maintaining service standards.

Candidates should have 5+ years in food and beverage, 2+ years in management, budgeting/planning, and proficiency in Word/Excel; strong communication and project management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Five years food and beverage experience with at least three years in management preferred.
• Two years in high-volume full-service restaurant management; casino restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop budgets and business plans; cost control techniques knowledge.
• Experience with POS systems and financial data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to train and coach staff.

Responsabilités

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe policies.
• Identify and define business needs; implement solutions to improve restaurant operations and revenue.
• Direct development and administration of controls for all restaurant phases in a profitable manner.
• Assist with menu item changes based on product mix reviews and feedback.
• Ensure VIP guest service support and events; manage Pool attendant staff.
• Institute cost-control procedures and standards of performance.
• Counsel, train, and supervise assigned personnel; develop procedures and training materials.
• Develop operating standards; coordinate with management and other departments on POS needs.
• Address customer complaints promptly to implement corrections.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
