Responsibilities

• Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as directed.
• Maintain safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction; manage work orders and timely closure.
