Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities with a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of safety and curb appeal.

You will address electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs, while maintaining strong resident relations and timely responses to work orders. On-call rotation is required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety standards; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Keep the work order system updated and ensure resident satisfaction.
