Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department in Denver, reporting to the Property Manager. You will maintain, repair, and clean assigned apartment buildings across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of care.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, one year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between properties. EPA certification must be obtained within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training certifications a plus.
• One year of property maintenance experience or similar preferred.
• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification must be obtained within six months of employment; Pennrose provides certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and cleaning of assigned apartment buildings.
• Follow directions from Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
• Use the Maintenance app for service requests and repairs.
• Assist with turnkey operations, scheduling, painting, and cleaning within five business days of move-out.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and prepare for inspections.
