Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department. The role involves maintaining apartment buildings across multiple locations, with duties from daily admin tasks to drive-to-property maintenance.

You will perform repairs, use the company maintenance app, and support turnkey operations while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety. EPA certification must be obtained within six months of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical training a plus.
• At least 1 year of property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification must be obtained within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks and coordinate with PM, MS, RPM, RMM, and Property Support Center.
• Ensure service requests and repairs are completed using the maintenance app.
• Assist with turnkey operations, including scheduling, painting, and cleaning within 5 business days after move-out.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program.
• Prepare for inspections by Owner, Federal, State, and local authorities.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
