Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department, reporting to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. The role covers maintenance, repair, and cleaning of assigned apartment buildings across multiple locations.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, at least one year of property maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel between properties. EPA certification will be provided by Pennrose within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training certifications a plus.
• Minimum one year of property maintenance experience or similar.
• Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification required within six months of employment (Pennrose provides this).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure safe, clean apartment buildings.
• Complete administrative morning tasks and coordinate with PM and Support Center.
• Use the maintenance app to log service requests and updates in a timely manner.
• Assist with turnkey operations, including painting and cleaning after move-outs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and prepare for inspections.
• Travel between properties as needed and respond to after-hours emergencies.
