Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. The role covers maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of assigned apartment buildings across locations, with a focus on high standards set by the company and industry.

In addition to a $2,000 sign-on bonus, the position offers a pay range of $24–$26 per hour depending on experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training certifications a plus.
• EPA certification must be obtained within six months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of apartments as assigned.
• Use the maintenace app to track service requests and repairs.
• Assist with turnkey operations including scheduling, painting, and cleaning within five days of move-out.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Prepare for inspections at owner, federal, and local levels.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
