Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and cleaning across assigned apartment buildings and zones, reporting to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

This role emphasizes safety, timely service requests, and preventive maintenance, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $25–$27 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• One year of property maintenance responsibilities or similar experience.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle; ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification to be obtained within six months of employment; Pennrose provides this certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform morning administrative tasks as assigned by PM or Support Center, including training and scheduling vendors.
• Ensure service requests and repairs are completed correctly and promptly using the Maintenance app.
• Assist with turnkey operations such as scheduling, painting, and cleaning within five days of move-out.
• Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
• Prepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for a safe, clean environment.
