Job summary

Pennrose is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations team. You will maintain and repair residential properties, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, and ensure safety and cleanliness across sites.

You will handle routine admin tasks, manage service requests via the app, and participate in a preventative maintenance program while traveling between properties as needed. EPA certification must be obtained within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
• EPA certification must be obtained within six months of employment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• One year property maintenance or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and cleaning of assigned properties.
• Handle administrative tasks each morning and coordinate with PMs.
• Schedule vendors, order parts, and update maintenance records.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and prepare for inspections.
