Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. You will maintain, repair, and clean apartments across multiple locations, ensuring top standards.

This role requires a valid driver's license, a willingness to travel, and an EPA certification within six months. Pay is $24.00–$25.00 per hour, with experience-based consideration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED – technical training certifications a plus.
• One year of property maintenance responsibilities or similar experience.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.
• Obtaining EPA certification within six months of employment is provided by Pennrose Management Company.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks each morning (about 30 minutes) as directed, including training, updates, vendor scheduling, and communications.
• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed promptly using the maintenance app.
• Assist with turnkey operations including scheduling, punching, painting and cleaning within five business days of move-out.
• Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
• Prepare for inspections by Owner, Federal, State, and local authorities.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure a safe, clean environment.
