Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Operations Department across multiple properties. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, handling maintenance, repair, and upkeep to the highest standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, driving between locations, and obtaining EPA certification within six months. The position involves working flexible hours and staying compliant with company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training certifications a plus.
• One year of property maintenance responsibilities or similar experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification must be obtained within six months of employment (Pennrose provides this certification).

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative work each morning (30 minutes) as assigned by PM or Support Center.
• Use the company’s mobile Maintenance app for service requests and repairs.
• Assist with turnkey operations including scheduling, painting, and cleaning within five business days of move-out.
• Maintain an effective preventative maintenance program.
• Prepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
