Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain multiple apartment properties. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, with responsibilities spanning maintenance, repair, and cleaning across assigned buildings.

The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and pays $24–$26 per hour, depending on experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of property maintenance responsibilities or similar experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and cleaning of assigned apartment buildings and grounds.
• Address service requests promptly using the maintenance app.
• Assist with turnkey operations, preventive maintenance, and inspections as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant property environments.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and travel between properties.
