Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a New York community. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems, perform turn-key work to ready apartments, and keep safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for estimates and analysis.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with company vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and related systems.
• Complete service requests safely and promptly to uphold standards.
• Prepare vacant units for rent and coordinate with residents as needed.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Assist with organizing tasks and may supervise contractors.
