Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician in Bend, OR to handle repairs, apartment make-ready, and general property upkeep. You will work as part of a team delivering excellent resident service and maintaining safety standards across common areas and facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with painting, basic carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism in manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly (including appliance repairs).
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins via make-ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
