Job summary

Greystar in Bend, OR is seeking a hands-on property maintenance professional to keep our buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and functional.

You will handle resident service requests and repairs, prep apartments for move-ins, and support vendor coordination while upholding our standards. We offer housing discounts up to 40%, a cell phone allowance, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience painting, entry-level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (appliance repairs).
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas cleanliness.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
