Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interiors, exteriors, and common areas safe, functional, and well maintained at our Columbus properties. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience, EPA certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication and delivery skills with residents and team members.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi or OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Diagnoses and repairs issues to meet safety and code requirements.
• Coordinates with vendors/contractors and tracks supplies.
• Maintains accurate documentation of service requests and inspections.
• Assists in routine property inspections and safety meetings.
