Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose and repair defects, complete make-ready tasks for new residents, and ensure timely response to service requests.

The role requires 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and EPA refrigerant certifications. A valid driver’s license is also required, with opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet RangeWater standards.
• Complete resident work orders within 24–48 hours and ensure quality repairs.
• Execute make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspection and punch lists.
• Assist in safety compliance, attend routine safety meetings and OSHA trainings.
• Document work performed and report needs for supplies and replacements.
