Avanath Capital is seeking a Maintenance Technician to create a well‑maintained community that residents want to call home. You will perform hands‑on maintenance, respond to resident requests, and support the property to ensure curb appeal and safety.

Qualifications

• 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience is highly desired.
• Hands-on maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is highly desired; CPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction and high-quality maintenance work.
• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing and repairing defects per policies and safety standards.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring readiness for leasing.
