Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Hotel Maintenance professional to perform scheduled maintenance, repair and care for guest rooms and property systems. The role involves completing work orders, troubleshooting electrical, HVAC and plumbing, and supporting overall property operations.

Your responsibilities include maintaining pool systems, handling furniture and equipment repairs, and assisting with landscaping and housekeeping support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

What You Will Do:

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
