Job summary

Rogers Embassy Suites is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative tasks and respond to guest and staff requests on-site in Rogers, AR. You will handle electrical, HVAC, plumbing fixes, pool maintenance, and basic equipment repairs, with opportunities to support landscaping and general upkeep.

The role requires at least 6 months of maintenance experience, the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, and a willingness to work in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
