Job summary

Atrium Hospitality operates Chateau on the Lake in Branson, MO, seeking a Part-time Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and facilities in prime condition.

You will perform preventative maintenance, repair minor systems, assist with landscaping and groundskeeping, and ensure safety and cleanliness across hotel operations. This role offers opportunities for growth and a collaborative Atrium SPIRIT team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
