Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a Hotel Maintenance Technician at the Kansas City Residence Inn in Kansas City, MO. In this full-time role you will perform scheduled preventative maintenance, document work orders, and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to keep guest rooms and facilities in top condition.

Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

Compensation Range : $20.48-$21.50
