Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Grapevine, TX is seeking a full-time Hotel Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled preventative maintenance, repair guest room systems, and keep the property safe and welcoming.

You will document work orders, assist with groundskeeping, and operate tools. Minimum 6 months general maintenance experience; HVAC/electrical/plumbing certification a plus. Atrium offers hopeful growth, competitive benefits, and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
