Job summary

Tulsa Renaissance, part-time maintenance position at Atrium Hospitality in Tulsa, OK. You will perform scheduled preventative maintenance on guest rooms and building systems, document work orders, and keep pools, equipment, and grounds in good condition.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally

• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

Part time

Compensation Range: $19.00/hour bi-weekly
