Job summary

Atrium Hospitality’s Frisco Embassy Suites is looking for a Full-time Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled preventive maintenance, complete and document work orders, and keep guest rooms and hotel facilities in top condition. You’ll troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, maintain pool infrastructure, and assist with landscaping and general upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

What You Will Do:

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
