Greystar in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality for residents.

The role requires performing work orders and preventatives, completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, managing materials, documenting progress, and assisting with on-site safety and regulatory compliance. Benefits and on-site support provided.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigeration certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, when applicable.
• State and local certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and scheduling work.
• Obtains materials from maintenance and tracks inventory; notifies supervisor about reordering needs.
• Completes documentation for service requests to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by fixing rather than replacing parts.
