Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our mid-rise properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and on-call rotations for a 320-unit lease-up community in the Orlando area.

Responsibilities include performing make-ready tasks, following inventory procedures, and documenting all service activities while supporting cost control and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience completing work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Ability to perform make-ready tasks and inspect completed work.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacants and inspects punch lists.
• TrackInventory and return unused items, notify supervisor for reorders.
• Maintain documentation for service requests and tasks.
