Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee the physical upkeep of our garden property. The role involves completing resident service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety standards across buildings and common areas.

Responsibilities include make-ready tasks for vacant units, coordinating with vendors, maintaining grounds, and documenting all work promptly for asset care and compliance.

Qualifications

• This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance by diagnosing causes and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Executes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work.
• Manages materials access and inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork promptly so service requests are properly documented and tracked.
• Maintains grounds and common areas by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage as needed, and assisting in upkeep.
