Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Allaso Olivine in Albuquerque, NM. This hands-on role performs technical and mechanical work to keep the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition, meeting safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards.

You will diagnose and repair issues from work orders, execute make-readies for vacant units, manage materials and vendor coordination, document each task, and support lawn and cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to operate a golf cart if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance defects per policy, safety standards, and codes.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Track materials, inventory, and re-order needs; notify supervisor as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in grounds and common area upkeep, cleaning, and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
