Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair residential properties in Albuquerque. You will diagnose and fix building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in making-ready vacant units for new residents.

This role requires attention to safety procedures, timely documentation, and coordination with vendors as needed. Responsibilities include completing work orders, managing inventory, and supporting cost-control measures by using appropriate tools and methods.

Qualifications

• Experience performing building maintenance and repairs in residential or commercial properties.
• Ability to execute make-ready tasks and coordinate with vendors.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and basic record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix maintenance issues across building systems and resident requests.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units to prepare for leasing and move-ins.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and coordinate with the maintenance supervisor on re-ordering needs.
