Job summary

Greystar in Denver, CO is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

You will diagnose issues, complete the make-ready process, manage inventory, document work orders, assist with grounds upkeep, and support cost-control by repairing before replacing parts. Flexible hours and potential travel may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/2 or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.
• All state/local licenses required for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects on assigned work orders per safety standards and policies.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and return unused items to proper location; notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities; assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible; follow tool usage protocols.
