Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our community. Responsibilities include assisting with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, and ensuring make-ready standards under supervision.

The role emphasizes daily on-site attendance, responding to requests, and maintaining safety and OSHA guidelines while contributing to the property’s upkeep and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
