Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The technician will support make-ready processes under supervision and must perform regular onsite attendance.

Responsibilities include pool maintenance, landscaping upkeep, safety compliance, and accurate record keeping of service requests and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer software functions is required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life and minimize future repairs.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Assist in inventory management of equipment and supplies and maintain records.
