Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for District at Campus West to support maintenance operations, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. On-site attendance and safety adherence are required.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus. Salary ranges from $20 to $23 per hour with full benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance on community buildings, grounds, and units.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Maintain safe, organized maintenance shop and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with on-call emergencies.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and inspections.
