Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across community properties. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, handle make-ready tasks, and ensure safety and quality in daily activities.

The role requires a High School Diploma and basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and entails on-site duties with potential on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance supervisor with community maintenance tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and safety standards in accordance with policy.
