Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure building and grounds meet company standards for safety, cleanliness and functionality. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain units and common areas, handling work orders and preventive tasks across a multi-property portfolio.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks for new move-ins, tracking materials, and supporting cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required for certified service technicians.
• All required certifications per state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, inventories, and re-orders with the property maintenance team.
