Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to service our on-site communities in Washington state. You will perform routine maintenance, complete make-readies for vacant units, and help keep all common areas safe, clean, and functional.

Responsibilities include documenting work orders, coordinating with vendors, and supporting grounds, amenities, and preventive maintenance programs. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• State/local certification requirements must be met.
• Must have a valid driver's license to operate on-property vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and resident-requested maintenance work orders on buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Source materials, track inventory, and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Document work accurately to ensure proper tracking of service requests.
• Maintain grounds and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
