Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties in SeaTac, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and ensure quality repairs to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include making-ready vacant units, tracking materials, assisting with inspections, and supporting cost-saving measures while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• State and local licensing as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate cart on property.
• Comfort with manual labor and lifting up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory and notify re-ordering needs to maintenance supervisor.
• Document work orders and maintain accurate records for reporting.
• Assist in grounds and common areas maintenance and general cleaning as needed.
