Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to uphold building systems and grounds. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete required paperwork to keep properties safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include completing resident work orders, preparing units for occupancy, inventory management, and ensuring quality standards while supporting cost-control initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read and follow safety standards and codes.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventive maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors as needed.
• Obtains and tracks materials, returns unused items, and notifies management when re-ordering.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, handles cleaning, painting curbs and signage.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
