Job summary
Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance operations at our communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring properties meet safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting with make-ready tasks, and maintaining an organized, safe maintenance shop.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Must understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
- Maintain preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life and reduce future repairs.
- Assist in making-ready tasks and coordination of maintenance/repair events.
- Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed at all times.
