Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of our properties. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and perform make-ready tasks to prepare apartments for leasing. This role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license.

You will support grounds and common areas maintenance, follow safety procedures, and document work performed, with occasional travel to assist other properties.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 & II or Universal required.
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing and creates punch lists.
• Tracks inventory and notifies supervisor about reordering needs.
• Completes documentation for service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting.
