Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Technician for the Kansas City Residence Inn at 10300 N Ambassador Dr, Kansas City, MO 64153. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, guest room care, and timely work-order completion to ensure a safe, comfortable hotel experience for guests.

Candidates should have at least 6 months in general maintenance; hotel experience is preferred. Lifting 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally is required, and HVAC, electrical, or plumbing

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
