Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician for our Kansas City Residence Inn. This full-time role involves routine preventative maintenance, guest room care, and timely work order completion.

You will troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing issues and maintain pool systems and chemicals, while supporting furniture and equipment repairs across the property. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months in maintenance, the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, and comfort with

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

Compensation Range : $20.48-$21.50
