Job summary

Loveland Embassy Suites in Loveland, CO is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled preventive maintenance, guest room care, and repairs.

You will troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems, document work orders, and help keep the hotel safe and welcoming for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
