• All state/local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Attend routine safety meetings and follow OSHA requirements.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure quality against standards.
• Identify safety and property maintenance concerns and report to management.
